2. add the following line in Launcher#onResume
LauncherSettings.Settings.call(getContentResolver(),
        LauncherSettings.Settings.METHOD_RESTORE_BACKUP_TABLE);
3. build & flash on the device
4. verify sanitizeDb success without error message
