This cleans up how alternative AllApps implementations such as Taskbar
and SecondaryDisplay override the default INSTANCE_ALL_APPS listener.
This change will also be helpful for Toast in Taskbar drag-n-drop.

There's an inconsistency with prediction row in 0-state and all apps page.
This happens because we change the number of lines (to 1 line) after calculating and rendering the two lines.
Which is why if you look at the photos, in all apps, Amazon app just shows "Amazon" instead of "Amazon Sh.."
Instead of changing the number of lines after processing, just set a separate display to the prediction app row

- We need to listen to DeviceProfile changes in case the number of
columns changes in the grid. I made an interface/mixin separate from
ActivityContext to avoid polutting the latter with too many things. I
also applied this change to existing taskbar A-Z grid.
- Added all apps visited count to onboarding preferences for only
showing "All Apps" label in place of divider 20 times. Label is also
tracked on taskbar side and should be kept in sync.

Since we are applying the same iconWidth in AllApps as Workspace in unfolded state, this change restricts AllApps to span only the area required to display AllApps contents and not span full available width. Unfolded/phone behavior remains the same.

- Prediction row views were never updated when notification changes.
- FloatingIconView set the BubbleTextView to force hide dot, but never restored it.
BubbleTextView is instanceof IconLabelDotView, so its already handled in the end runnable

Rotating the screen in the homescreen empties the hotseat, however it does not get populated while it is visible to the user. The user should not be able to see an empty hotseat or prediction row if predictions are available. It should therefore be possible to populate these when they are empty even if they are visible to the user.

Changing app icons under the user's finger could be disruptive. Added a checks for whether the hotseatand all apps predictions are visible and callbacks to update them when they become hidden.
