Tracy Zhou d9d17ce133 Init nav mode in TaskbarActivityContext between fold/unfold 
In RotationButtonController, we show the floating rotation button either when the bar is visible, or when the device is in gesture nav mode, even in an immersive app. The issue here is that mNavMode is not correctly initialized after the device is unfolded.

Test: Open townhall. Fold and then unfold. Tilt the device and make sure the floating rotation button shows.

Vadim Tryshev d17a270b31 Prevent some leaks from leaking to the next test 
Now when exiting the test, we finish Launcher activity and force the leak check.
I've seen this helping one of the leaks to stay within the test that caused it instead of failing the next test.

Brandon Dayauon e8efd38e9a Fix work paused text padding. 
This is causing an issue for keyboard up by default users who can't see the button due to the keyboard blocking it.
The reason this is happening is because there is a layoutMargin of 40dp that is on the work_apps_paused_title text.
But it should be 16dp from the tabs and the and work_apps_paused_title text. Due to the floatingHeaderView having 8dp already,
just add another 8dp padding to the workPausedCard for the 16dp distance between the tabs and the text.
