LibGTop has many ChangeLogs files. The following files are the the
most important :

- ChangeLog is the main ChangeLog.
- sysdeps/<arch>/ChangeLog is the ChangeLog for arch specific changes.
- sysdeps/common/ChangeLog is the ChangeLog for common changes (shared
  implementation between archs).
