	* include/glibtop/sysdeps.h: Remove the `GLIBTOP_SYSDEPS_FEATURES'
	and `GLIBTOP_SYSDEPS_POINTER_SIZE' constants and let numbering
	start at zero for `GLIBTOP_SYSDEPS_CPU'.
