	Applied all patches from the FreeBSD 3.3 ports collection.

	* swap.c: Only #include <rlist.h> for __FreeBSD_version < 400005.

	* prockernel.c: Make it compile on FreeBSD / alpha.

	* procsignal.c: Some fixes for FreeBSD-current.
