	* libgtop-sysdeps.m4: Moved here from the macros directory,
	formerly known as `macros/gnome-libgtop-sysdeps.m4'.
	(--enable-hacker-mode): New command line parameter to configure,
	enables building of unstable sysdeps directories.
	(LIBGTOP_HACKER_TESTS): New macro to check for unsafe things when
	hacker mode was enabled.
