ceratopsian: Remove the "13" from login background and Plymouth theme
...
Now that Debian 13 has been released, the version of desktop-base in
testing and unstable should stop identifying itself as Debian 13
(it's more like an early prerelease of Debian 14).
None of the other assets seem to include a version number.

In some build environments, this will fail with:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Gio::DBus::Error'
resulting in a build failure. The environment variables used here
are borrowed from game-data-packager, which also calls inkscape
programmatically.

Replace logo-text-version* with logo-text* equivalents in testing/unstable
...
During the development cycle for a new Debian release, there is no version
number that is applicable, so in contexts that would normally display
the logo with distro name and version (such as gdm), use the version
with only the distro name instead.
