Konsta fd9c60bdaf mkimg: adjust flashable image size

* Raspberry Pi Imager expects image size to be multiple of 512 bytes
  so revert back to using gibibytes.
* 14.5GiB = 15569256448 bytes.
* Fixes e5359d2734.
