menghanli fa5f8d3b0a Fix "Open <a11y service> " starts from end for RTL language

Root cause: TextView space uses "wrap_content" to not match the parent width
Solution: Use "match_parent" instead

Bug: 279646115
Test: anual test for RTL and LTR language
