Irfan Sheriff 6e74d41bd0 Fix network disable on connect

If we dont have an updated access point list
when we are re-enabling networks after connecting,
we could end up keeping some networks disabled.

This could happen if there is no event that
triggers an access point before enabling networks

Update the current access point list
right before enabling all networks.
