Nobuyuki Nakamura 2c872109eb Show help string when onEnrollmentHelp() is called

The help string is not shown when onEnrollmentHelp() is called
between onEnrollmentProgressChange() and mTouchAgainRunnable#run().
To fix this issue, showError() should be called.
