dd796e81c3 Bluetooth: HID: Use proper values of connection status 
This patch fixes issue in retrieving correct connection status when
more than one hid device was connected to DUT. In such situation
current implementation was sending STATE_DISCONNECTED as connection
state because of wrong check of matching device as 1st device in
connected device list. Instead of this now actual connection state
device is retrieved from HidService.

377c7c9afa Use CONNECTIVITY_ACTION instead _IMMEDIATE 
With the demise of the connectivity change delay
CONNECTIVITY_ACTION and CONNECTIVITY_ACTION_IMMEDIATE are
issued back to back.

CONNECTIVITY_ACTION_IMMEDIATE is being reaped.

295793928d Implement 'Available via Passpoint' feature

fc75374b0a Increase allowed duration to connect to HOGP profile 
This patch increases the duration allowed between the first device
connection attempt (immidiately after bonding) and profile connection
after service discovery from 5 seconds to 30 seconds to allow
HOGP connections for slow connection conditions.

171d147905 Update Multi-SIM setting to use getSubIdForPhoneAccount API. 
Settings app should not be parsing the subId direction from the phone
account.  Instead this CL updates the settings app to use a new API to
grab the sub ID.
