settings page
Add static version minimalism illustrations to the lock screen
notifications settings page. We still need to replace the icons.
In the final version, illustrations will combine the light and dark
versions into a single file. The current status is a middle stage
stands for team fooding. The final version illustrations will also be
animations instead of static.

Continuously repeated animations go against accessibility guidelines
to avoid unstoppable motion.
The animation files themselves have been updated to loop twice
so that the user can still see the animation temporarily.
The loop restarts if the user exits and enters the page again.

Root cause: Portrait mode does not always respect the sw600dp qualifier and instead uses the phone (default) resources.
Solution: Using the product to customize the tablet and phone cases is better way than using the configuration qualifier.

'config_face_enroll_guidance_page', and customize the config
'config_face_enroll_supported_posture' with standard postures

Updates SFPS enrollment education layout and adds new assets indicating
sensor location in each orientation. Also defines color codes and adds
LottieColorUtils to dynamically map LottieAnimationView colors from light/dark theme
