Refines the limit of advanced in edit shortcut dialog.
Root cause: The "Advanced" string is allowed only 10 characters which makes the Czech translation less accurate and clear. Next: There is enough space for longer message, refines limit to 20 characters. Bug: 154753232 Test: local test Change-Id: I60e35bbcfb85acb9a993b8ac9e120971e49fdfaf
