Konsta b6920bdf66 wrimg: add script to write partition images

* Can be used to write partition images to a storage device that has the
  correct partition structure after flashing an image created by mkimg.sh.
* Poor man's alternative to
  fastboot flash boot boot.img
  fastboot flash system system.img
  fastboot flash vendor vendor.img
  fastboot erase userdata
