Yabin Cui 25dd0386fe uncrypt: generate map file by renaming tmp file. 
Writing map file directly can break consistency in map file if
it fails in the middle. Instead, we write a temporary file and
rename the temporary file to map file.

Quick turn-around testing

mm -j && m ramdisk-nodeps && m recoveryimage-nodeps

# To boot into the new recovery image
# without flashing the recovery partition:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot boot $ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT/recovery.img
