Tao Bao 1fdec8685a updater: Bump up the BBOTA version to 4. 
To accommodate new changes in N release, such as error correction [1]
and other potential changes to the updater.

mm -j && m ramdisk-nodeps && m recoveryimage-nodeps

# To boot into the new recovery image
# without flashing the recovery partition:
