The assistant error strings will be used in dialogs that appear when the user clicks the NIU Actions buttons without an appropriate default assistant set on the device. The tooltips will appear to highlight and explain the feature for first-time users. Adding the strings before the dialogs themselves in order to unblock translation efforts.

This adds a dialog to inform the user that the NIU Actions buttons need to send data to Google in order to function. The user can accept or reject this. The dialog will block use of the feature until the user accepts.

This changes the recipient for NIU Actions from a package hard-coded in a config file to the currently selected default Assistant. The user can change this under Settings -> Default apps.
ImageActionUtils has also been updated to handle the case where its
Intents cannot be resolved, preventing a crash if the user sets the
default Assistant to something that cannot receive NIU Actions.

This adds light and dark color variants for the UI elements on the Go Recents screen. Toggling Dark Mode will switch between the themes. Additionally, the button spacing definitions have been updated to better support Landscape orientation.

The buttons send Intents to the designated app (specified by
niu_actions_package) to do the following:
Listen - Read the contents of the screen aloud
Translate - Translate the contents of the screen
Search - Perform a visual search on the contents of the screen
The Intents also include (via URI) the screenshot of current app used as
a thumbnail by Recents.
The feature is controlled by the enable_niu_actions flag, set to false
here. Both this flag and the niu_actions_package String must be set for
a given Launcher to use these buttons.

This shortcut allows users to initiate peer-to-peer app sharing from an app's long-press menu on the home screen. It does so by passing an intent to the specified component. In this base implementation, that specification in config.xml is left blank, and the button will not appear. In GMS Launchers such as LauncherGoGoogle, the config should be set to point to Nearby Sharing.
This also establishes Launcher3QuickStepGo as a distinct subclass of QuickstepLauncher instead of merely a build configuration.

System apps in Q should attempt to conform to device style, so naturally
Recents Go should also conform to this so that text changes with the
device style changing. This CL ensures all text views change font based
off system theming title fonts.

The recents Go app to overview transition has app scale down to a
thumbnail but normally covers the thumbnail. However, apps with
transparency will be semi-visible and will allow the user to see
the thumbnail in the back at its final size. Instead, we should fit
the thumbnail to the surface so that they both scale down at the same
time.

Some of the values in the 1.5x scale layout dimens were incorrect. This
fixes them so that they are correctly roughly 1.5x the 1.0x dimens while
still being aligned to the 4 dp grid.

The system insets already create visual space for us, so there is no
need to add additional margin if we already have the insets acting as a
buffer. So we can just overlap them, preventing scenarios where we have
too much scrollable white space.
As a bonus, we get a more robust way of determining the clear all
button's bottom margins as we now base it directly off whether the
insets cover the space as opposed to using the orientation (which is
an indirect way of knowing the insets).

As we have a fixed width for the task list now, we have to ensure that
we do not clip the task items when we swipe them out. In addition, we
should fade them out by the end of the swipe as the swipe end location
may still be on a visible part of the screen.

For phones with smallest width at least 480 dp, we can scale
everything by 1.5x to fill in the space better. For phones with less
width than this, we maintain the current 320 dp specification.

In order for items to go under the system bars, we have the recents view
consume the insets by setting padding to the recyclerview instead of
setting the margins with it. Then, we ensure the recycler view does not
clip to padding so that items are still visible even when scrolled past.
