Jon Miranda 32ff76cb4e Adding color back to popup container. 
For Color exctraction now occurs in groups:
- System shortcuts
- Deep shortcuts
- Notifications

For home setting popup, each DeepShortcutView will have its own
extracted color.

Show education dialog on WidgetsFullSheet.
-Have a button in widget education dialog to intent into PixelTips apps.
-Make sure arrow tip view shows after dismissing education dialog on
WidgetsFullSheet if there is a widget to show it on.
-Update colors and layout for arrow tips.

There seems to be some nuance that prevents me from defining it once in
the base theme, so just updated all of them individually to prevent
any edge case from slipping through.
