Thales Lima a64a914ddf Calculate taskbar content size for edu 
Using the value calculated in layout was not working because TaskbarView onLayout() was being called after TaskbarEduView onMeasure(). Now uses the same value on all orientations based on taskbar icon size.

Brian Isganitis 2d6371aa34 Implement overlay window for Taskbar EDU and All Apps. 
Having EDU in the same window as Taskbar causes it to be above All Apps
and other system views such as the notification tray. This change
refactors the existing All Apps window to accomodate more AFVs so that
EDU can also exist in it.

Brian Isganitis 731ef0c301 Properly color taskbar nav buttons when slide-in view is shown. 
Supports overriding the current nav bar color with one that would be
visible over a slide-in view.

Tony Wickham 31f787d352 Add "wave" animation when entering taskbar edu 
Each icon scales and translates up, then back down. If the icon is predicted, it also plays a "slot machine" animation through random icons from AllAppsList.

Andy Wickham a0cc0903e8 Adds additional pages to Taskbar Edu. 
Currently there are pages for the following:
 - Splitscreen
 - Customize (add apps/predicted apps)
 - Docking (long press to hide)

At the moment they all use the same placeholder
image from before.

Button states:
 Page 1: Close and Next
 Page 2: Back and Next
 Page 3: Back and Done

You can also swipe left and right between the pages.

Andy Wickham 13f3ffed95 Adds initial Taskbar Edu implementation. 
Currently it just pops up with one placeholder image for splitscreen.
The Next button doesn't do anything.

Known issues:
 - Back gesture is picked up behind by the app behind the taskbar.
 - When the flag is enabled, the Edu shows up each time you open
   an app, rather than only the first time.
