vadimt 6c416c699d Adding a test artifact for logcat with only interesting tags 
This is based on the brainstorm "diagnostic scripts running on ATP".

Please propose additional (to "TestRunner") tags.

Also adding class name to all artifact filenames
because sometimes different classes have failing tests
with the same name.

Lucas Dupin 937eff0e76 Dispatch blur radius for BACKGROUND_APP state 
When entering BACKGROUND_APP, it's possible that the blur radius will be
lost. We need to dispatch it on the first possible frame, otherwise
Overview won't have blurs.

Vadim Caen ee44c4dc1e Disable splash screen for launches from widget. 
The transition from a widget to the splash screen icon feels
odd because of the difference in shapes. Disable for S and rework that
in T.

Jerry Chang 09b40241fc Always refresh device profile when multi window mode changed 
Launcher monitors multi-window mode changed and updates device profile
through configuration chagned callback. It's possible that a new
configuration contains multi-window mode changed but without screen
size size change that across screen layout qualifier. Client apps might
not even receive onConfingurationChagned.

Updates Launcher to monitor multi-window mode changed through
onMultiWindowModeChanged to make sure it always refreshes device profile
that matches with the latest mulati-window mode.

Test: manual check the repo steps.
