Adding a flag so we can turn off this behavior if it break a drag functionallity
Fix: 299748096
Test: most of dragging test will test this

For 1, when animateShift() is called shiftAnimation() is the only thing needed.
2, by having point saved in preDragCondition, we can use that to update the drag layers and not have to
modify registrationX/Y later
Removed dragVisualizedOffset since it does not do anything.
There is an issue that also needs to be fixed if user decides to long click
on a search result and let go, the icon flashes at the touch point when you let go.. so we check when mContent can be shown in DragView
depending on if there is dragOffset.
If there is dragOffset, set mContent to invisible.
If there is no dragOffset, set mContent to visible because it doesn't matter as the original content is at the same spot.

when dragging from search.
To scale the icon during dragging (instead of long press) I created a scale variable within DragOptions
so that right before dragStart gets called in DragController.java (in callOnDragStart())
the dragview scales before dragging..
* note: the scale from search is 1.687 and the scale from allApps is 1.107
- included searchResult and smallSearchResult
- Added animation for scaling icon (used Interpolators.EMPHASIZED 500ms as suggested by motion designer)
- Cancel animation when drag finishes

- TaskbarDragController now extends DragController.
- Currently there is no pre-drag condition, so we immediately get onDragStart(), which starts the system global drag (which cancels the original internal drag).
- Make the original view invisible during the drag and drop operation, across both internal and system drag events.
- No longer handle onDragEvent() in TaskbarView, as TaskbarDragController handles all of it now.
Test: Drag and drop from taskbar still works (bonus: starts from the correct registration point that you touched down on). Locally added a PreDragCondition and verified a seamless handoff to system drag and drop when the pre drag end condition was met.

This is a preliminary work for local color extraction. In order to
apply local colors extracted from wallpaper to AppWidgetHostView
during drag, we need to hold a reference of the dragging
AppWidgetHostView.
In this CL, the following changes are made:
1. Instead of using bitmap image directly for icons, folders, shortcuts,
legacy widget drawable preview, a BitmapDrawable wrapper is
introduced.
2. Introduce a WidgetHostViewDraggableDrawable which draws
LauncherAppWidgetHostView directly to canvas. No more bitmap
generation overhead.
3. Remove drag outline from the drag logic because this will be replaced
by a new grid color hint UI: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/7jBEVeuxFecFKKT.png
Test: Add: add widgets, shortcuts from widgets tray.
add icons from all apps.
create folder.
Drag: drag existing widgets, shortcuts, folders and icons around

When item is dropped on a existing item resulting in new folder creation, triggers LAUNCHER_ITEM_DROP_FOLDER_CREATED event with details of the destination package.
This change also introduces new FolderIcon item to launcher_atom.proto to represent folder icon.

Addresses:
=> Fix folder icon drop location mapping (was very far off)
=> Fix BubbleTextView drop animation shifted by a few pixels
=> Get rid multiple unnecessary calls to setDragMode(none), was breaking
some of the reorder flow; still some issues to address here.
=> Fix folder icon parallax (didn't work when the folder had a dot)

=> The framework no longer sends touch events after double-click and hold, and instead only triggers a single long-press event
=> As a result of the above, there is some additional state that must be set for accessible drag and drop, and further, we no longer initiate a drag in response to long press when Touch Exploration is on.

enqueueDeleteRunnable, followed by commitDelete or abortDelete.
- Add Snackbar floating view
- Show Undo snackbar when dropping or flinging to delete target; if the
undo action is clicked, we abort the delete, otherwise we commit it.

Instead of creating workspace view larger than the screen size (so that it can be
zoomed out), restricting the size to the parent size and bypassing the drag events
directly to Workspace (since the workspace is smaller when zoomed out, it might not
qualify for all events otherwise).
