Pinyao Ting f39f351a0d fix the issue widget id can be wrong after restore

Test: manual testing
1. randomly add/remove widgets to workspace
2. create a backup (Settings > System > Backup)
3. reset the device
4. restore from the backup
5. verify all of the widgets are restored properly

Sunny Goyal 3808a69a6c Storing BitmapInfo instead of icon and color directly in itemInfo 
This will allow subclassing BitmapInfo to support custom icon/dynamic
icons which can be loaded on the background thread instead of going
through IconFactory which runs on UiThread
