Sunny Goyal	bf67f3b184	Creating database without localized collators on NYC and above Android automatically creates and maintains a metaData table to store the current device locale. This is used when fetching sorted results. Sunny Goyal	6f70936f7f	Preventing launcher crashes due to low disk space. In case of low disk space, all write operations to the IconCache are silently ignored. Android automatically creates and maintains a metaData table to
