This reverts commit 878e8eefa5.

This change breaks folder panning while editing the folder name.
On mobile, open folder
  click on the folder name
     keyboard appears, launcher pans
  click back/close folder and click the folder name again
      keyboard appears, folder stays behind the keyboard

I'm not moving DragSource because it's referred from gsa code.

When a folder is opened by mouse or touch, the Folder view itself
