Drags out of Folders are getting lost, adding
debug code to see if the uninstall logic is
causing that
Also, fixing one potential cause of the issue

The application context for LauncherAppState is supplied by
the application whenever it starts; don't ask for an
instance before that.

This removes Launcher's static data and other state out of
the Application object. Now LauncherApplication (extends
Application) exists only to instantiate LauncherAppState.
