- "All Set" screen doesn't show after Home/Overview/Back tutorials.
- X button in top left is hidden (we'll want to move this to the
feedback view).
- Feedback pops in and out from the top of the screen.
- Hand animation is replaced by video feedback at start and after
incorrect gesture.
- Back tutorial goes left then right, in order to match video.
- Updated strings and marked translatable (UX-reviewed already).
- Added Chinese translations.
- Many other things.

The "TaskView" morphs as you drag up from the
nav bar, and transforms into a "home icon" or
final "TaskView" when you release your finger.
If you cancel the gesture (e.g. drag back down),
the view simply fades out and provides a hint
to swipe straight up.

- Extracts abstract classes for common functionality
- Renames some layouts, etc. to not be back-specific
- Consolidates more logic in the controllers rather
than classes like BackGestureTutorialTypeInfo
- Removes redundant TutorialStep enum (combining it
with TutorialType)
Still considering removing additional layers of
abstraction like the Fragment itself (instead
keeping UI within the Activity, which would still
be controlled by a TutorialController).
Test: Built and went through the Back tutorial to
confirm existing funcitonality was not disrupted.

TODO:
It is just the UX bit, once the platform change is in, we should then
consume the new API to
1. Turn on / off work mode
2. Get the organization name and set the textview accordingly.

Changing the badge_color in colors.xml to transparent
will cause them to be color extracted.
When an extracted color is used in the IconPalette, we
desaturate the background. Otherwise we respect the
exact color specified in colors.xml.

- Update some dimens
- Increase left padding for shortcuts
- Adjust arrow and notification ellipsis offset accordingly
- Align shortcut dividers to be same width as text
- Notification text 14sp instead of 15sp
- Increase width of popup by 12dp
- Shortcuts text 87% black instead of 54%
- Arrow has same color as attached side, so takes on header
gray instead of white when appropriate

- Currently the system shortcuts are just widgets and app info
- As shortcuts, they live in ShortcutsItemView
- They are populated either as icons only (if there are deep
shortcuts) or as icons + text
- Widgets are disabled until binding them is complete (we request for
them to be bound on long-press now). We should revisit this.

- Background is now white, and color beneath and divider color
updated accordingly (not from color extraction)
- Removed overflow text ("+6") and added it to a header
("6 Notifications"). Use "..." instead if there is an overflow.
- Even spaced out icons in notification footer between the
far right icon and the ellipsis
- Remove code to change arrow tint, since it is always white
now. This also fixes the issue where it was drawn as a rect.
