This CL substantially refactors folders to be able to take contents of type AppPairInfo. App pairs can now be moved in and out of folders, and launch from folders.
This CL contains only logic and model changes; animation and style changes (for dropping items into folders, color changes to app pair surfaces, etc.) will be in a following CL. Another CL (hopefully) will contain tests. I'm planning to submit them together, but this patch should also be able to stand alone with no issues (except janky transitions).

Previously, app pairs and folders shared a common data model, FolderInfo. Now we need to separate them, so a new type, CollectionInfo, will serve as the parent of both types.

This CL adds taskbar functionality for app pairs:
- Ability to drag an app pair icon to Taskbar
- App pair launch from Home Taskbar
- App pair launch from Overview Taskbar
- App pair launch from in-app Taskbar
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Bug (b/315190686): if user is inside a running split pair and attempts to launch the same pair from an app pair icon on taskbar, Overview tiles get temporarily messed up (recoverable by leaving Overview)
- User can attempt to split with an app pair icon on the Taskbar. This should result in a "can't split with this" bounce animation on the SplitInstructionsView (to be implemented). Currently does nothing.

InvariantDeviceProfile hold values that are not related to current DP in use. Now other classes get the value correctly from DeviceProfile, and each posture can hold different values, making it akin to iconSize.

Before we were only applying the icon.clearAccessibilityFocus() only on normal popup and not material u popups, since the flag is turned on for udc, we can move it outside.
There seems to be a bug associated with either nested abstract floating views or the accessibility service where upon opening a nested abstract floating view from another the icon get the focus. This change make the bug littl less visible to use but users will still see this bug if they open the shortcut pop agian withought closing taskbar all apps.
The accessibility delegate was always null when using the TaskbarOverlayContext, now we use TaskbarActivityContext Delegate when in TaskbarOverlayContext.

I'm moving the LayoutParams to another file to start the decoupling
of the Reorder outside of the CellLayout.
Also, I change the name from LayoutParams to LauncherLayoutParams to prevent confusion with ViewGroup.LayoutParams making it explicit that this are different LayoutParams.

Design intends for predicted app disc to use the app color, and the
dot to use tertiary T90/shade100. Both currently use `color`. Separating
into two separate colors lets use define the two separate colors

The current AllAppsContainerView has been split into a base class and a
subclass for activities. The base class allows using all apps with an
activity context. A-Z and work profile tabs are supported, but search
and the hotseat still require an Activity.

Adds 'move from center' animation for taskbar icons when
unfolding foldable devices.
Moves unfold transition progress provider from quickstep
launcher activity to TouchInteractionService to widen
the scope when this provider is available to cover
both launcher activity and taskbar.
Launcher activity and taskbar get their own instances
of unfold transition progress provider using
ScopedUnfoldTransitionProgressProvider wrapper.
This wrapper allows to get transition progress provider
that emits events only when clients are ready to handle them.

- Add TaskbarActivityContext which allows shared Launcher elements to
"just work" using existing generic ActivityContext.
- TaskbarContainerView extends BaseDragLayer<TaskbarActivityContext>.
- Inflate FolderIcon and Folder using TaskbarActivityContext to be
shown in TaskbarContainerView.
- Use TaskbarActivityContext's DeviceProfile to determine icon size
instead of overriding in styles. This also ensures that normal
BubbleTextView icons have the same size as FolderIcons.
Test: Place a folder in home screen hotseat, ensure it shows up in
taskbar and can be opened, and that apps inside it can be launched
or dragged.
