This software is intended to run on top of Microsoft Windows. By using this software, you agree to and are bound by the Microsoft Windows End User License Agreement. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms of Microsoft’s licensing.

Support is provided only for the customizations, configurations, and modifications made as part of this operating system setup (“the OS”).

Important: No support is provided for Windows itself, its updates, drivers, third-party software, or any modifications you make beyond this project’s intended scope.

You are allowed to use the OS indefinitely, even if support is later withdrawn. However, if support is terminated for any reason (e.g., misuse, policy violation, etc.), you will not be entitled to any future assistance or updates.

This OS may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. You are not entitled to updates or continued functionality unless otherwise explicitly provided.

This software does not collect or transmit personal data automatically.

Exception: Data you submit voluntarily during the OEM registration process in the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) may be stored for support or internal analytics purposes. No other telemetry or tracking occurs.

It is your responsibility to review any other terms or services (e.g., from Microsoft or third-party software) used in conjunction with this system.

This software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You assume all risks associated with the use or performance of the software.

In no event shall the creator of this OS be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware failure, or system instability.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the OS developer. If any portion is held to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.
