- runJS() now returns a value to Lua via a request/response round trip (ClientQueryRegistry future + hex-encoded JS result payload) instead of firing and forgetting. - New webdisplay_load CC event fires on page load state change/error, via TileEntityCCInterface's IPeripheral attach/detach + polling. - ClientProxy implements the new ILoadStateHandler, forwarding onLoadingStateChange/onLoadError to the server over a new SMessageScreenCtrl CTRL_LOAD_STATE action (CTRL_JS_EVAL_RESULT added for the runJS result path). - Bump bundled libs/mcef.jar to the mcef-legacy build with Chrome 152 dual-ABI support.
