oxmc 8c743a30b0 Port to Chrome 152 (CEF branch 7977) with dual-ABI compat, fix input/audio bugs
- Add GLFW compat shim (org.lwjgl.glfw classes injected into system
classloader) so the legacy AWT-based input path coexists with the
  modern GLFW-based native build.
- Fix mouse button index mapping and missing modifier bits on mouse
move/button/wheel events (previously only keyboard sent modifiers).
- Port getAudioHandler() and supporting types from upstream java-cef,
  fixing a NoSuchMethodError crash-spam.
- Add ILoadStateHandler/LoadStateHandler mirroring the existing
display-handler pattern, wired into ClientProxy's tick loop.
- Update CefDialogHandler, CefDownloadHandler(Adapter),
CefRequestHandler for CEF 152's JNI signatures using default
interface method overloads for zero-touch dual-ABI support (old
Chrome 116 native build and new Chrome 152 native build both work
  against the same Java classes).
- RemoteConfig: add real SHA-256 verification of downloaded JCEF
tarballs (previously only detected version changes, never actually
verified integrity), plus labeled progress callbacks so the Forge
splash screen shows what's happening at each step.
