`(1 << GLIBTOP_SYSDEPS_*)' instead of `GLIBTOP_SYSDEPS_*'.
* sysdeps/osf1/open_suid.c (glibtop_init_p): New function.
* sysdeps/osf1/proc*.c: Done some more work here.
