Added `glibtop_closure *' argument.

	Added `glibtop_closure *' argument.

	* include/glibtop/glibtop-backend-info.h
	(glibtop_backend_close_func_t): Third argument is now
	`glibtop_closure *'.

	* include/glibtop/call-vector.pl: Reflect latest API changes.
