[uaccess] Remove redundant memcpy_user() and related string functions

The memcpy_user(), memmove_user(), memcmp_user(), memset_user(), and
strlen_user() functions are now just straightforward wrappers around
the corresponding standard library functions.

Remove these redundant wrappers.
