lib, libmisc: Move source files to lib (where their headers were)
Scripted change: $ find lib/ -type f \ | grep '\.h$' \ | sed 's,lib/,libmisc/,' \ | sed 's,\.h$,.c,' \ | xargs find 2>/dev/null \ | xargs mv -t lib/; Plus updating the Makefiles.
