- handle upgrade in various cases: (/etc/splashy/themes symlink or not,
    and changed or unchanged themes files)
* debian/README.Debian: announce the change.
* debian/control:
  - add ${misc:Depends} in Depends: line in case debhelper has something
    to put there.

6770fd5111 * Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3. 
* Add Homepage field.
* Remove DM-Upload-Allowed: yes; All Uploaders are DD.
* Provide 640x480 TGA version of debian-blueish-wallpaper.svg for GRUB 2.

dfe3b75a5b * New desktop-background-bitmap alternative with only bitmap based 
backgrounds (PNG, JPEG, ...) for KDE 3 which doen't support SVG
  backgrounds; use the new background symlink as the default KDE wallpaper
  in kdesktoprc.

de9bbe11b3 * Add artworks by André Luiz Rodrigues Ferreira.

    to fit good with GNOME2.12's splash and theme look

f5af48dc84 changing name of the debblue splash to conform to the "standard" 
naming convention I adopted

  * postinst, prerm:
  - use alternatives to provide the default background and splash

no longer create a splash_default link in Makefile, no longer provide
grub stuff
