oxmc 46f1a6cdf0 fix: vendor the real okio-jvm jar, not the KMP klib bundle ...

Same issue as okhttp -- com.squareup.okio:okio is a KMP root artifact
with no JVM classes (its jar was 194 files of native/klib metadata for
other targets). Real classes are in okio-jvm.
