Minor app notification improvements
...
- Don't use BigTextStyle if we only need to show a single line of
text, but keep using it if the progressbar is visible.
- Change the icon to reflect the currrent state.
- Use android.R.drawable instead of com.android.internal.R.drawable

Old updates can't be installed if the current build is newer, so show
a delete button instead.

Show alert dialog for major upgrades

Major upgrades are not possible with Updater and they are already
blocked. This commit adds a dialog with a link to a webpage that
explains how to upgrade manually.

difference is the color, but that doesn't really matter.
