Hirokazu Honda cbb580d5af libcamera: pipeline_handler: Make queueRequest() void function ...

PipelineHandler::queueRequest() is asynchronously invoked in
Camera::queueRequest(). Therefore the return value of
PipelineHandler::queueRequest() is useless. This changes the
function to a void function.
