Update videodev2.h to Linux kernel version v6.18. The downstream defined RPi CFE stats and parameters formats have found their way in upstream so we can drop the local definitions. Also, new definitions for the Amlogic C3 ISP formats and Renesas CRU formats have been added upstream.
