Use the Sphinx doxylink extension to generate links to the Doxygen-generated documentation automatically. Not only does this fix currently broken links, but it also ensures that any removal or rename of a class or function referenced to from the Sphinx documentation without a corresponding documentation update will be caught by a documentation build error.
