e317eaf072 ipa: ipa_interface: Declare ipaCreate() in libcamera namespace
The ipaCreate() function is the entry point to IPA modules. It is
declared in ipa_interface.h, and defined by each module. As the function
is defined with extern "C" linkage, the namespace in which it is
contained is not very relevant from a caller's point of view. For the
IPA module implementer, however, defining the function in the libcamera
namespace avoids adding an explicit libcamera:: prefix to the symbols
used by the function. This is why all IPA modules define their
ipaCreate() entry point in the libcamera namespace.

The ipa_interface.h file, however, declares the function in the global
namespace. This doesn't cause any issue at runtime, but will cause a
missing declaration warning when we enable them. To prepare for that,
move the function declaration to the libcamera namespace.

626172a16b libcamera: Drop file name from header comment blocks
Source files in libcamera start by a comment block header, which
includes the file name and a one-line description of the file contents.
While the latter is useful to get a quick overview of the file contents
at a glance, the former is mostly a source of inconvenience. The name in
the comments can easily get out of sync with the file name when files
are renamed, and copy & paste during development have often lead to
incorrect names being used to start with.

Readers of the source code are expected to know which file they're
looking it. Drop the file name from the header comment block.

The change was generated with the following script:

----------------------------------------

dirs="include/libcamera src test utils"

declare -rA patterns=(
	['c']=' \* '
	['cpp']=' \* '
	['h']=' \* '
	['py']='# '
	['sh']='# '
)

for ext in ${!patterns[@]} ; do
	files=$(for dir in $dirs ; do find $dir -name "*.${ext}" ; done)
	pattern=${patterns[${ext}]}

	for file in $files ; do
		name=$(basename ${file})
		sed -i "s/^\(${pattern}\)${name} - /\1/" "$file"
	done
done
----------------------------------------

This misses several files that are out of sync with the comment block
header. Those will be addressed separately and manually.

4e9ed14311 utils: ipc: Allow the skipHeader attribute on enums
Currently, enums that are passed between pipeline handlers and their IPA
must be defined in a mojom file. However, there is a use case for
enum/flags to be defined in a C++ header, such that the enum can be used
in a component other than the pipeline handler and its IPA.

To support this, add support for the skipHeader attribute for enums.
Like structs, it is only allowed in core.mojom.

207c9e1c1d utils: ipc: Add support for Flags
Add Flags<E> as a supported type in the IPA interface.

It is used in mojom with the [flags] attribute. Any field or parameter
type E that is prefixed with the [flags] attribute will direct the code
generator to generate the type name "Flags<E>" and appropriate
serialization/deserialization code for Flags<E> instead of for E.

It is usable and has been tested in struct members, function input and
output parameters, and Signal parameters. This does not add support for
returning Flags as direct return values.

Additionally, the [scopedEnum] attribute can be used on enum
definitions, which will instruct the code generator to convert it to an
enum class instead of a raw enum.

6449590b63 ipa: mojom: Move CameraSensorInfo struct exclusively to IPA IPC
CameraSensorInfo structure is designed to pass in camera sensor related
information from pipeline-handler to IPA. Since the pipeline-handler
and IPA are connected via mojom IPC IPA interface, the interface
itself provides a more suitable placement of CameraSensorInfo,
instead of camera_sensor.h (which is a libcamera internal header
ultimately, at this point).

As CameraSensorInfo is already defined in core.mojom, it is just
a matter of removing [skipHeader] tag to allow code-generation
of CameraSensorInfo.

Finally, update header paths to include CameraSensorInfo definition
from IPA interfaces instead of "libcamera/internal/camera_sensor.h".

libcamera: IPAProxy, IPAManager: Switch to one-proxy-per-pipeline scheme

IPAProxy is changed in two major ways:
- Every pipeline has its own proxy, to support each pipeline's IPA
  interface
- IPAProxy implementations always encapsulate IPA modules, and switch
  internally for isolation or threaded

The IPAProxy registration mechanism is removed, as each pipeline will
have its own proxy, so the pipeline can pass the specialized class name
of the IPAProxy to the IPAManager for construction.

IPAManager is changed accordingly to support these changes:
- createIPA is a template function that takes an IPAProxy class, and
  always returns an IPAProxy
- IPAManager no longer decides on isolation, and simply creates an
  IPAProxy instance while passing the isolation flag

Consequently, the old IPAProxy classes (IPAProxyThread and
IPAProxyLinux) are removed. The IPAInterfaceTest is updated to use
the new IPAManager interface, and to construct a ProcessManager as no
single global instance is created anymore.

libcamera: IPAProxy: Remove registration mechanism
