278cdfd865 libcamera: clock_recovery: Use nanoseconds in addSample()
FrameWallClock was recently changed to nanoseconds, and all users of
ClockRecovery use SensorTimestamp directly, which is also in
nanoseconds. Thus addSample() should also use nanoseconds. Fix this.

2a4e347dfe libcamera: Add ClockRecovery class to generate wallclock timestamps
The ClockRecovery class takes pairs of timestamps from two different
clocks, and models the second ("output") clock from the first ("input")
clock.

We can use it, in particular, to get a good wallclock estimate for a
frame's SensorTimestamp.
