e5a9e6e9cd libcamera: controls: Rename ControlRange to ControlInfo 
To prepare for storage of additional information in the ControlRange
structure, rename it to ControlInfo.

c0b437fd6c test: Add control serialization test 
Add a test that exercises the ControlSerializer to serialize and
deserialize ControlInfoMap and ControlList.
