Carmelo Messina 987deeefaf Override the MV2 deprecation: forces the use of the internal flag for forced activation of MV2 (#1404) 
MV2 extensions are used internally for testing.
The assumption is that this way it can understand when MV2-related code is actually deleted.

Carmelo Messina f5edb07d58 Add a GN flag to disable trybot verification: #159 
Adds flag in GN to deactivate the check performed by some google build bots.
The flag is deactivated when generating the system webview with
skip_secondary_abi_for_cq=true in arm64.

Tommy Webb 7bca08c431 Fix crash on first startup in EEA 
Solves an issue in which, with a system language whose country code is
a country within the European Economic Area (extension of the EU), the
browser may crash in template_url_prepopulate_data.cc with this error:
`Check failed: t_urls.size() <= kMaxEeaPrepopulatedEngines (10 vs. 8)`

Discovered by a user in the CalyxOS Development channel. Does not affect
Cromite itself, but would impact forks which do not include
"Enable-search-engine-settings-desktop-ui.patch".

Carmelo Messina 689e7dd943 Bubble Locking on UI DevTools: Allows the use of ctrl+shift+click on the refresh button to 
activate the Bubble Locking mode for the native dev-ui.
The current ctrl+shift+R is really inconvenient and often does not work.
