Carmelo Messina f5edb07d58 Add a GN flag to disable trybot verification: #159 
Adds flag in GN to deactivate the check performed by some google build bots.
The flag is deactivated when generating the system webview with
skip_secondary_abi_for_cq=true in arm64.

Emil Velikov 20300e5e91 CI: remove unnecessary variables and indirection 
Drop the indirection - we don't need to checkout to custom location.
Thus we can drop the no longer used HOME and RTAG variables.
