Disables the Gesture navigation radio button if 3P launcher is set as default for current user. Also shows an info icon on the right side that opens a dialog explaining why it is disables. Running a single test class

$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>
For example:
make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest
You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
