Add the mutability flag to the pendingIntent. ...
Starting Android S, PendingIntent should have a explicit mutability flag
to avoid vulnerability.

Test: 1. Make AdaptiveSleepSlice available on the homepage and click on it.
2. Play with the volume panel.
