Yiyi Shen e9b6016b8d [Audiosharing] add profile service listener when BT just on

If receive BT on while profile service not ready, add profile service
listener and do things, e.g. update preference, when all relative
profile services connected.

Running Settings Robolectric tests

$ croot
$ atest SettingsRoboTests

Running a single test class

With a filter

$ croot
$ atest SettingsRoboTests:com.android.settings.display.AdaptiveSleepPreferenceControllerTest

You can also run any single test class with atest (it will try to find the correct path)

$ atest AdaptiveSleepPreferenceControllerTest
